Each symbol is carefully handcrafted using high-quality white clay. After shaping and molding, the letters are kiln-fired for durability, then glazed in your chosen color. Following the glazing, they are kiln-fired a second time to ensure the finish is both vibrant and long-lasting. Because they are handmade, each piece has a unique touch, making no two letters exactly alike.

Our ceramic letters and numbers feature pre-drilled holes for easy wall mounting using bolts. Alternatively, you can opt for adhesive stickers to attach them without drilling walls.

Currently our letters and numbers come in one size – 12cm height and 3,5cm depth.

To keep your ceramic letters and numbers looking beautiful, simply wipe them with a soft, damp cloth.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish. For outdoor use, we recommend placing them in a covered area to protect them from extreme weather.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.
If your item/s arrive broken or faulty please email us at info@lettersofclay.com. We request you send us photos showing the damage so we can arrange a replacement item or credit. Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility. 

As each symbol is made to order, please allow approximately 5–7 days for the items to be handmade (expect longer delays during peak holiday times). Shipping takes 2–10 days, depending on the destination.

We pack each order with care, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of eceiving it. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will work with you to replace the order as quickly as possible.
